While we have a significant amount of stock available from our Warehouse, some of the items listed on our website are only available in store. They can still be ordered, but may need to be transferred back to our Warehouse for process and dispatch. It can take 1-5 days to get a particularly complex order back to our Warehouse and ready for shipping.
We use the Australia Post eParcel system for all domestic orders. Once an order has been fully processed, it will be picked up by Australia Post and will take 2-5 days to metropolitan locations. Regional locations should expect a few more days for the order to arrive. The eParcel system will email you tracking updates assuming the email address used in your order is valid. If you aren’t getting updates from Australia Post, please contact us and we can provide you with a tracking number.
CHRISTMAS 2018 – Metropolitan Areas: Orders need to be placed by the 16/12/18 to be guaranteed to reach you before Christmas. Regional Areas: Orders need to be placed by the 10/12/18 to be guaranteed to reach you before Christmas.
NEW YEARS 2018/2019 – Our Head Office will be closed Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day. Please allow an extra 2-5 business days for orders to be processed.
We do ship internationally, however due to the hugely varied nature of costs, international orders will be processed manually. Please contact us with your email and the items you wish to purchase. We will provide you with a quote from Australia Post, and should you wish to proceed, process payments and ship the goods. We are happy to work with you if you wish to use a different courier.
