Processing Times

While we have a significant amount of stock available from our Warehouse, some of the items listed on our website are only available in store. They can still be ordered, but may need to be transferred back to our Warehouse for process and dispatch. It can take 1-5 days to get an order back to our Warehouse and ready for shipping.

Domestic Orders

We use the Australia Post eParcel system for all domestic orders. Once an order has been fully processed, it will be picked up by Australia Post and will take 2-5 days to metropolitan locations. Regional locations should expect a few more days for the order to arrive. The eParcel system will email you tracking updates assuming the email address used in your order is valid. If you aren’t getting updates from Australia Post, please contact us and we can provide you with a tracking number.

$10.95 – Standard Postage

$12.95 – Express Postage. Same day dispatch on all* orders placed before Mon-Fri 11am (AWST)

Australia Post – Express Post guarantee currently suspended. Express Post remains our fastest postal delivery option, but current circumstances mean we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment.

International Orders

We do ship internationally, however due to the hugely varied nature of costs, international orders will be processed manually. Please contact us with your email and we will send you a form to fill out.  We will provide you with a quote from Australia Post, and should you wish to proceed, process payments and ship the goods. We are happy to work with you if you wish to use a different courier.
