About This Product:

New Zealand young gun Matthew Payne returns for his second full time season with Grove Racing to race the #19 Penrite Ford Mustang GT in the 2024 Repco Supercars Championship.

A promising debut full time season in 2023 saw Payne continuously grow and evolve as a driver across the year to ultimately take out his first Supercars race win at the season-ending Adelaide 500. Paired with teammate Richie Stanaway in 2024, both Payne and the team at Grove / Penrite Racing will certainly be looking to bring more trophies home to the workshop as they continue to build into one of the top Ford teams in the sport.

Featuring an intimidating black, red and gold Penrite livery, which includes subtle pattern line work in the background, Payne’s 2024 Mustang model is set to be replicated based on the Townsville 500 round where he scored a win in Race 14 of the championship.

This 1:43 scale model is scheduled to be produced in high quality sealed body die-cast with clear windows, detailed racing cockpit and undercarriage details unique to the Gen3 floorpan.

Comprised of roughly 65 individual metal and plastic parts plus anywhere between 50-100 steps in paint and decoration finishing, this is a high quality collectors model for fans of this scale.

It has been produced in an exclusive one-off limited edition of 120, presented in a display case with the model attached to a white base plate which features the car details printed on it. An individually numbered backing board featuring the edition number is also included as part of the package and acts as the Certificate of Authenticity for the release.
